We purchased this commercial automatic wonton machine new in January 2019, specifically for a supermarket wonton manufacturing project. The project operated for approximately two years only, and the machine is now surplus to our manufacturing requirements.
Commercial Production Machine
The ST-780 is a substantial, purpose-built automatic wonton production system designed to automate the key stages of wonton manufacture. It incorporates dough-sheet handling, filling, forming and product discharge in an integrated production process.
The machine features independent control of the dough and filling systems, allowing the operator to adjust dough thickness and filling quantity to suit the required product. Touch-screen operation and variable-frequency speed control provide convenient adjustment of production parameters.
