This machine comes with a collect chuck and collets sizes of 10mm 16mm and 20mm round, further collets and back up service available from CNC Services Ltd. It would be possible to put a 3 jaw chuck back onto this machine, again CNC Services can do this.
The contract that this machine was purchased for has come to an end so now it is available for purchase.
This Machine has a gang style tool set up, not a turret. So no indexing, the tools are lined up on the slant bed and it simply slides from one tool to the next as program dictates. Extremely fast. The tooling on the machine, 2 turning tools, a centre drill, a drill holder ER32 (no collets), and a part off tool all come with machine so you are pretty much ready to go.
If you are looking for something like this, then you won't find a better deal. First to see will own. Full demonstration available as machine is still connected to power and runs beautifuly.
